Consumer platform gives ‘excellent’ rating to CmiA

Sustainability label assessment platform Siegelklarheit has given Cotton made in Africa (CmiA) its top rating.

The platform, run by a consumer rights organisation in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, has given CmiA a rating of ‘excellent’ for credibility, environmental and social standards. 

The information platform has been reviewing sustainability labels for consumers since 2015.
