Music star launches new brand with Under Armour
Athletic footwear and apparel group Under Armour has entered into a new partnership with musician and record producer Gunna.
Together they have launched a new footwear and clothing brand, P-Star, with the partners describing it as “a multi-dimensional platform conceived under Gunna’s creative direction, spanning apparel, footwear, community initiatives and cultural storytelling”.
Under Armour said its relationship with the music star had grown over the last 12 months. It added that they would work together to expand P-Star.
Founder and chief executive of the group, Kevin Plank, paid tribute to Gunna’s commitment to fitness and running clubs. “Through the community he has built around movement and mental strength, he has expanded what performance can look like.,” Mr Plank said.
