Gerber Technology names new sales manager, PDM/PLM solutions

Gerber Technology has announced that Jonathan Smith has been named sales manager, PDM/PLM solutions for North America . Smith, who previously served as senior sales executive, PDM will assume his new position immediately and continue to report to Bud Staples, regional director, North America North/Canada.
In his new role, Smith will be responsible for leading Gerber’s specialised sales team in growing the company’s WebPDM business and expanding into the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) arena.

Smith joined Gerber Technology in 1993, serving most recently as senior account executive where he was responsible for selling WebPDM products to apparel manufacturers and retailers in the Northeast and Midwest United States, as well as in eastern Canada Hofstra University Hempstead , New York Bernard Baruch College
