Israeli manufacturer of private label ladies' intimate apparel, socks, men's underwear, baby-wear and leisurewear, Delta Galil Industries Ltd., has announced that Sara Lee has signed an agreement to sell all of its shares – equating to 23% of the company - to GMM Capital LLC for approximately $27.7 million.

Delta Galil manufactures apparel sold under brands such as Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Nike, and Ralph Lauren.
