Veritec, Inc., a developer of two-dimensional bar code technology, through VCode, Holdings, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary with VData LLC, has entered into a licence with adidas-Salomon AG, Adidas America, Inc. and Paxar Corporation for a portfolio of patents that apply to multi-dimensional bar codes. The licence to Adidas resolves a patent infringement lawsuit against adidas which was pending in the District Court for the District of Minnesota. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
