Deckers Outdoor Corporation has appointed Colin Clark as senior vice president - international, effective September 1, 2005. In this role, Mr. Clark will be responsible for all aspects of Deckers’ international business, including sales, product, and marketing, as well as managing Deckers international distributors. Mr. Clark will report directly to the CEO of the Company.

Colin Clark, 42, has just spent 13 years at The Rockport Company, a subsidiary of Reebok International Ltd., serving most recently as vice president & general manager - International.
