Everlast Worldwide Inc., manufacturer, marketer and licensor of sporting goods and apparel has entered into a licensing agreement with Misterio del Mar S.L. of Vigo, Spain for the launch of Everlast-branded sports apparel and hats for men, women and children in Spain, Portugal and the Canary Islands.

Set to debut autumn 2006, the new products will be sold through sporting goods retailers and department stores.
