Tissu Premier recorded a total of 6,177 visitors over the two-day fabric event held September 7-8, in Lille, Paris. Visitors included representatives from big name brands such as Reebok, Lee cooper, Tommy Hilfiger, M&S, and Carrefour, who were shown the summer 2006 offerings from the 410 exhibitors at the fair.

Sportswear was top of the agenda at the exhibition. Tissu Premier launched its third Designers’ Expo in the Sport & Innovation area, where young designers from Lille, Roubaix and London created designs for men, women and children in three categories: activewear, lifestyle and urbanwear.
