US branded and private label apparel company Kellwood has sold its David Brooks and Dotti business units.

Following our announcement at the end of July concerning several restructuring initiatives aimed at advancing our corporate strategic objectives, we are pleased to report that we are on our way to accomplishing these goals with the sale of these two business units,” said Robert C. Skinner. Jr, president and CEO of Kellwood.

The company has sold David Brooks to Hampshire Group, Limited, an apparel manufacturer based in Anderson, South Carolina. The Dotti business was sold to A.H. Schrieber Co., Inc., a swimwear firm based in New York.
