Iconix Brand Group, Inc. has announced an international licensing agreement for its Joe Boxer brand with Grupo Aviara, SA De CV, an apparel company in Mexico. The long term agreement covers a wide range of categories including men's, women's and children's apparel, accessories and footwear. Grupo Aviara has plans an initial distribution of Joe Boxer products in approximately 125 retail stores to launch in March 2006.

Founded in 1984, Grupo Aviara is focused on licensing and distributing brands through various retail channels in the Mexican and Latin American markets. Its brand portfolio includes Lacoste, Cherokee, XOXO, Miss Sixty, Energie, Anne Klein, Gant.
