Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics has proved itself to be among the most important apparel textile fairs in China for the garment fabrics sector attracting over 1,500 exhibitors and 45,000 visitors. The event which was held from October 26-29 welcomed professionals from the textile and garment industries from across China and internationally including nine national pavilions from Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Pakistan, Portugal, Taiwan, Thailand and Turkey. For the first time, the show welcomed companies from the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Peru.

Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics is organised by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd and The Sub-Council of Textile Industry, CCPIT. The next Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre from October 25-28, 2006.
