US-based phase change material designer and manufacturer Outlast Technologies, Inc has named Greg Roda as senior vice president of Operations & Business Development and Heather Listoe as marketing manager.

Mr Roda comes from Minnesota-based NatureWorks LLC (formerly Cargill Dow LLC) where he was business development manager responsible for growing the Ingeo fibres non-wovens business as well as establishing partnerships and alliances for Ingeo fibre production.

Ms. Listoe returns to Outlast following her work on a company and product launch programme for Planetary Design, LLC of Missoula, Mont., where she was retained as national sales director. Before Planetary Design, Ms. Listoe spent three years at Outlast Technologies, in new business development, sales and sponsorship development.
