Celanese Emulsions has announced that it will increase the price for all vinyl and acrylic emulsion polymers sold in Europe by 5 to 7%, effective for shipments on or after December 1, 2005, or as contracts allow. The company stated that the increases were necessary to offset continued substantial rises in raw material and energy costs associated with the production of these products.
