Iconix Brand Group, Inc. has announced an international licensing agreement for its Joe Boxer brand for men's and women's footwear with Marin Group International, LLC, a footwear company based in the United States and Canada. The long term agreement covers men's and women's casual footwear including slippers, sandals and sneakers. Marin Group plans an initial distribution of Joe Boxer footwear in approximately 100 retail stores to launch in June 2006.

Iconix Brand Group, Inc. is in the business of marketing and licensing the Candie’s, Bongo, Badgley Mischka, Joe Boxer and Rampage trademarks on a variety of apparel and fashion products. Marin Group, founded in 2003, was formed by a group of footwear professionals that have worked for Polo, Teva, and adidas during their careers.
