Perry Ellis International appoints president of Action Sports/Active

Perry Ellis International, Inc. has appointed Seth Ellison as president of action sports/active, effective November 28, 2005. Mr. Ellison will report to Oscar Feldenkreis, vice-chairman, president, and COO of Perry Ellis International.

Mr. Ellison will be based at PEI's Redsand office in Irvine, California. He will oversee the merchandising, sales and operations for all of PEI's youth lifestyle and swim brands, including Redsand, Jantzen, Nike swim and the newly acquired trademarks from Gotcha International.

Perry Ellis designs, distributes and licenses a broad line of men's and women's apparel, accessories, and fragrances, including dress and casual shirts, golf sportswear, sweaters, dress and casual pants and shorts, jeans wear, active wear and men's and women's swimwear.
