DyStar reveals Remazol Ultra RGB ternary combination
DyStar has lunched its latest ternary combination. Its new reactive dyes Remazol UltraYellow RGB and Remazol UltraRed RGB combined with Remazol Navy RGB are said to have set new standards of cost efficiency for medium to heavy shades. The build-up and high colour strength of these products is said to reduce dye and salt requirements in exhaust dyeing by up to 40%.
As well as significantly lower recipe costs, the new combination generates additional cost benefits in exhaust and pad dyeing through Controlled Colouration. The dyes are carefully balanced, ensuring good laboratory to bulk transferability. They also have outstanding reproducibility, which is vital for right-first-time dyeings and are said to have excellent wash-off properties and can be combined with all other Remazol RGB dyes.
