Dutch manufacturer of tan-through fabrics, Interlad BV, has recently expanded its Sunselect line with a new tan-through fabric for the outerwear market.

The fabric, which is a cotton/polyester blend, is said to offer a better hand and higher weight. It is easy to work with, has low shrinkage values, and offers excellent comfort. It also offers proven skin protection, whilst allowing the wearer to build up a longer lasting suntan.

SunSelect is a patented fabric that filters out most of the dangerous UV-B rays, but selectively transmits the tanning UV-A rays through clothing to the skin.
