Footwear company Deckers Outdoor Corporation has appointed John Perenchio to its board of directors, effective December 21, increasing the total number of directors to seven.

Mr Perenchio is the owner and operator of Entrada Music, LLC, a holding company with controlling interests in three separate music enterprises.

Deckers Outdoor products are offered under the Teva, Simple and UGG brand names.
