Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation has announced that its Calvin Klein, Inc. (CKI) subsidiary has completed the announced sale of minority interests in various entities to The Warnaco Group, Inc. Warnaco has acquired the companies that operate the Calvin Klein jeans and accessories wholesale and retail businesses in Europe and Asia and the CK Calvin Klein "bridge" sportswear and accessories businesses in Europe.
