Keen makes its mark on the European footwear market

In only its first full year of business, Keen Europe has made noticeable tracks on the European footwear market. Following its premiere at the 'OutDoor 2004' show in Friedrichshafen, the US outdoor specialist has worked on building up a comprehensive distribution network throughout Europe. From its offices in Oberhaching on the outskirts of Munich, Germany, Keen Europe today runs a marketing team to serve all the key markets in Europe.

Supported by a technologically demanding product programme with unique and functional all-round shoes for outdoor and street wear, Keen has managed to position itself as a trendy "in"-brand with high quality standards.

The orders generated for the latest spring/summer collection
which offers nearly twice the number of models as the previous year
are already at a sales level to match the whole of last year.

In order to exploit the existing sales potential, Keen plans to continue expanding its services in the departments of distribution, marketing and operations.
