German textile specialist Ploucquet announced its new financial partner at Première Vision held in Paris last week. Morgan Stanley, the global investment bank, has taken over the financing of the Ploucquet Group that owns the Outlast and Sympatex brands, in order to facilitate the group’s expansion into an international technological company.

The Ploucquet Group specialises in fashion and technical products, with its core competence in laminates, coatings, finishing processes and membrane systems.
