W L Gore & Associates (UK) Ltd, based in Livingston and Dundee has been voted number one in The Sunday Times '100 Best Companies to Work For' - the first company to stay top of the list three years in succession.

The Sunday Times list is mainly based on the attitudes of over 5,000 employees from more than 600 UK companies and assesses a wide range of factors from employee satisfaction and well being to company policy on a wide range of benefits.

As well as heading the overall list, Gore also topped five of the eight sub-categories including, employee attitudes towards Leadership, My Manager, My Team, My Company and Personal growth.
