BASF makes changes to supervisory board
Effective March 17, Dr. Andreas Kreimeyer, member of the board of executive directors of BASF AG, took over as chairman of the supervisory board of BASF Coatings AG. He replaced Klaus Peter Löbbe who has resigned from the board. Dr. Kurt Bock, chief financial officer of BASF AG has also joined the supervisory board of BASF Coatings AG as a new member.
These changes are the result of the redistribution of responsibilities in the board of executive directors of BASF.
BASF has also announced that effective July 1, Raimar Jahn will become president and CEO of BASF’s Coatings division. Mr Jahn will succeed Jean-Pierre Monteny who will retire as of
