US military and rugged footwear manufacturer Wellco Enterprises, Inc. has named Lee Ferguson as president, chief executive officer and to serve as a member of the board of directors of the company.

Mr. Ferguson most recently served as president of the Armor and Defense Group of Arotech Corporation in Auburn, Alabama. Before joining Arotech, he held the position of chief operating officer Specialty Defense Group in Dunmore, Pennsylvania. Prior to that, Mr. Ferguson was President and Chief Operating Officer of Bike Athletic Company in Knoxville, Tennessee.
