AATCC, in conjunction with North Carolina State University (NCSU), will hold a workshop entitled ‘Improving Dyeing and Finishing Operations Using Six Sigma’ on July 17-20 and August 14-17.

The workshop is aimed at quality control managers, technical managers, production managers, plant and manufacturing superintendents, department heads, lab personnel, fabric and garment development personnel, R&D managers, process engineers, process improvement specialists, and dye and chemical suppliers.

It is modelled on the Green Belt programme that has run successfully at NCSU using data and case studies from real-life situations encountered while working with various dying and finishing operations.
