US-based holding company Summus Works, Inc., which holds several interests in outdoor sports, has signed a letter of intent to acquire the US distributor of Lisker clothing.
 

Lisker is based in Grenoble, France, where it manufactures technical ski and snowboard wear and accessories. The company also manufactures a line of sportswear for Swiss ski manufacturer Stockli.
