Athletic footwear industry veteran Dave Edwards has been appointed president and COO of Pony International LLC. In transactions completed recently, Infinity Associates LLC and Symphony Holdings Ltd. acquired 100% of Pony.

Mr Edwards has spent 19 years in senior executive positions within the Nike organisation, including vice president of Nike International Ltd., vice president International/Managing Director Western Europe, director of Global Footwear and Apparel Operations, and president of Nike Sports Korea.
