The town council of Elda, in an effort to encourage initiatives that promote the footwear industry, has produced an English-Spanish Dictionary of Footwear and Related Industries Terminology in collaboration with Ariel publishing. The aim of the dictionary is to provide in-depth coverage of the terminology used in the footwear industry, including terms related to machinery and manufacturing processes, and for related sectors such as leather, textiles and chemicals.
