A design competition will debut this year in conjunction with the OutDoor Friedrichshafen trade fair in Germany (July 23-26). The OutDoor Industry Award will be presented for products that combine innovative technologies with suitable features and designs and is said to offer consumers a point of reference and give the industry an incentive to present their products.
 
Winners will be announced on July 23 and the award-winning entries will be displayed at the OutDoor trade fair.
