Products and services provider for the textile industry DyStar has signed an agreement to acquire the business activities of the Boehme Group. The legal change of ownership will take place in approximately six to eight weeks, as soon as contractual conditions have been fulfilled. Financial details of the transaction will not be disclosed.

Like DyStar, Boehme is a major supplier to the textile and leather industries. Its textile products cover pretreatment, dyeing, laundry, finishing and coating textile processes. For the leather industry the company offers pretreatment agents as well as products for tanning, dyeing and finishing. Boehme also manufactures additives for the plastics, paper, rubber and adhesives sectors.
