The Swiss world cup team has been using the Arctic Heat cooling vest to prevent the high temperatures in Germany from affecting its performance. The vests are designed to allow players to cool off before a game and can be used again at half-time as a cooling device.

The vests contain a gel-like substance that can be frozen or chilled, and will maintain that temperature for up to two hours. The vests are manufactured using Woolmark's Sportwool fabric which incorporates Vapour Management Technology.
