According to reports, a claim filed by a Chinese cartoonist that Nike copied his “Little Match Man” animation had been overturned in court.

Having initially been awarded $36,000 in compensation, the animator will now have to pay more than $5,000 in court fees following the decision by the Beijing High People's Court to overrule the earlier decision.
