Specialty golf apparel, equipment and accessories company Golf Galaxy, Inc. has appointed Douglas Neve to the company's board of directors effective June 15.

The company said it expects Mr Neve to be appointed to the Audit Committee concurrent with the company's Annual Meeting of Shareholders on August 9.

Mr Neve has been the executive vice president and chief financial officer of information services company Ceridian Corporation since February 2005.
