Sports-related apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories retailer Zumiez Inc. has completed its previously announced acquisition of action sports retailer Fast Forward, with its 19 stores and web store.

The Fast Forward stores will be converted to the Zumiez nameplate over the next 18 months and will be incremental to the company’s planned additional 42 stores in 2006.
