Producer of custom polymer powders for textiles, metal coatings and masterbatch Ico, Inc. has elected Warren Wilder and Daniel Gaubert to its board of directors, with effect from July 1.

Mr Wilder currently serves as senior vice president - Olefins for Westlake Chemical Corporation.

Mr Gaubert has over 30 years of experience in operational and corporate accounting, tax, finance and audit functions.
