German textile producer Trevira GmbH has invested in a number of air-texturising machines at its Trevira Neckelmann plant in Silkeborg, Denmark. These are the latest generation machines, built for high quality and high flexibility to handle small lots and quick changes. They will be phased in gradually to replace the existing machinery.

It is hoped that the new machines will improve quality whilst reducing costs as a result of higher productivity and efficiency.

The project is scheduled for completion in early autumn.
