$3.8 million worth of counterfeit goods seized in Dubai
According to statistics compiled by the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Department and Intervention Department of Dubai Customs, counterfeit goods worth over AED14 million ($3.8 million) were seized between February and June this year. Counterfeit goods seized in June alone were worth in excess of AED7 million.
