Manufacturer of functional waterproof breathable products Sympatex Technologies is to present a new sleeping system for the active sports scene at Outdoor 2006 that focuses on thermal insulation, moisture transfer and reduction in weight.

The high-tech-membrane Sympatex Reflexion can be used as an insert laminate, and so the temperature scale is said to be 25% higher with the same filling quantity.

Sympatex Reflexion provides a constant body heat sensation even if the outside temperature decreases by 4° to 6°C.

The new system is said to combine 100% wind- and waterproofing and above-average breathability, which prevents the build-up of condensation.
