WL Gore has incorporated Comfort Mapping technology into its summer 2007 clothing collection.

By adding different Gore-tex fabrics into the Comfort Mapping concept and using special seam-sealing technology to join laminates with different surfaces and textures, the new technology is said to not only regulate the body temperature in the zoned areas, but also improve next-to-skin comfort, reduce the overall weight and packability of the garment, while still guaranteeing long lasting waterproofness and breathability.

Brands such as Arc'teryx, adidas, Nike ACG and The North Face will use Gore-Tex Comfort Mapping in their spring/summer 2007 collections.
