US-based integrated materials testing systems company Admet Inc. is expanding in Central and South America and the Caribbean. The company, which sells direct and through qualified calibrators and manufacturer representatives, already has substantial sales in Ecuador, Mexico, Nicaragua and the Caribbean and is now seeking calibrator partners to further expand its market reach.

The company manufactures universal testing machines that are used to perform a range of materials characterisations using tensile, compression, shear and bend tests. Its machines are used to test plastics, rubber and textiles, as well as bio and biomechanical materials and products.
