OutDoor focuses on ‘outdoor women’

The product and service needs of ‘outdoor women’ was the central theme of the 13th OutDoor show held in Friedrichshafen, Germany on July 23-26.

Some 15,511 trade visitors from 65 nations attended the event, a slight increase compared with 15,137 in 2005. The number of exhibitors increased by 4% to 675 exhibitors, with a 77% foreign contingent.

Special events included the OutDoor Party, a climbing wall, the Tent City with all types and brands, an Outdoor Fashion Show, lectures on current topics and an ‘OutDoor Woman’ show, organised by the EHI Retail Institute.

The next Outdoor Europe show will be held on July 19-22, 2007.
