Washington-based manufacturer of backpacking, recreation and medical rehabilitation products Cascade Designs Inc. has appointed James Cotter as vice president of European Operations for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cascade Designs, Ltd., located in Cork, Ireland.

Mr Cotter will oversee the manufacturing, marketing, distribution and sales subsidiary and help continue to expand Cascade Design’s business in the European outdoor specialty market. He has served as operations manager at the subsidiary since 2003.
