US-based investment company Bear Growth Capital Partners (BGCP) has entered into a letter of intent to acquire designer swimwear and swimwear accessories retailer Water Water Everywhere (WWE), with 20 stores located primarily in the USA.

Upon closing, BGCP will combine WWE with its portfolio company, Everything But Water, said to be the largest independent specialty retailer of women's contemporary swimwear in the US.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
