US-based manufacturer and licensor of sporting goods, apparel and footwear Everlast Worldwide Inc. has signed a new distribution agreement for boxing equipment with Buenos Aires-based company Leading Brands SA. Leading Brands will distribute the company’s branded boxing equipment throughout Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.

Initial shipments under the licence are expected in the first quarter of 2007.
