The rapid expansion of South China's textile industry provided an ideal backdrop for Intertextile Pavilion at Shenzhen International Trade Fair for Apparel Fabrics and Accessories, which ran from July 25-27 and welcomed a reported 6,443 trade buyers from 15 countries.

According to the organisers, buyers were predominately end users, comprising 52% of the overall total, as well as 18% from trading companies, 8% from import and export corporations and 5% from wholesalers.
