US-based sportswear, footwear and accessories company Tommy Hilfiger has entered into a strategic partnership with Sympatex Technologies to reinforce the functionality and fashion of its European autumn/winter 2006 ski collection. Sympatex durable membrane technology will enable the company to produce waterproof, windproof and breathable skiwear combining functionality and fashion.

Sympatex Professional can be used for specific and extreme challenges and with Sympatex Allweather. The Sympatex laminates offer water and wind impermeability up to 100% as well as breathability. They are said to be hard-wearing and to provide optimal protection in all weather conditions as well as wearing comfort.
