Israel-based producer of nylon 6.6 Nilit launched a series of new brands at Interfilière - Lyon Mode City, on September 2-4, including new additions to its range of finished lingerie, activewear, legwear and bodywear.

One of the company's newest brands which was highlighted at the show was Sensil Flexelle—an all-polyamide bi-component fibre which weaves as a ‘flat’ yarn but crimps and transforms into a flexible weft when heated (for example, in dyeing at about 90-100°C). Used in combination with other flat yarns, it is said to offer comfort and stretch, superior dyeability and durability against UV radiation.
