US-based women’s apparel marketer Spiegel Brands Inc. and private equity investment firm Golden Gate Capital have completed their acquisition of swim and evening wear company Carabella Corporation and its Carabella and A.B. Lambdin catalogue businesses.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
