US-based petroleum and petrochemical products manufacturer Sunoco, Inc. has elected John Jones, III, to its board of directors, effective September 8. Mr Jones is currently chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. He is also a director of Automatic Data Processing, Inc.

The company’s chemical intermediates are used to make fibres, plastics, film and resins.
