Designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-end fashion jeans and denim apparel Blue Holdings, Inc. has entered into a joint venture to operate the new contemporary knits collection ‘Life and Death’ designed by Phillipe Naouri and Alexandre Caugant.

Blue Holdings' chairman and CEO Paul Guez said he hoped the new knit collection would broaden and complement the company’s existing product range.
